Thanksgiving is one of our favorite days of the year, not only because it gives us an excuse to eat everything in sight, but also because it provides an incredible opportunity to relax and spend time with loved ones. Of course, sometimes the chore of preparing a full-blown feast can cut into your relaxation time. If you prefer to leave the cooking to someone else this year, consider making a reservation at a local restaurant instead. These Columbus hot spots are hosting Turkey Day celebrations with seasonal fare and plenty of good cheer, so you can spend that extra time considering what you are thankful for—primarily, no dishes.

All of these restaurants will be serving a meal on Thanksgiving day, November 28th, 2019, unless otherwise noted.

The Boat House

The restaurant hosts an annual Thanksgiving buffet, and this year's is expected to be the best yet! Indulge in all of your holiday favorites for just $27.50 ($14 for kids). Coopers Hawk Winery

4230 The Strand, Columbus | November 19th, 11 am-9 pm Butternut squash soup, slow-roasted turkey, and cranberry sauce—oh my! Coopers Hawk Winery will host a special Thanksgiving dinner on November 19th to celebrate the occasion. J Liu Restaurant and Bar

Bridge Street, Dublin | 10 am-5 pm J Liu, recognized for its fresh ingredients and modern fare, will host a special Thanksgiving buffet in celebration of the holiday. Lindey's

169 East Beck Street, Columbus | 11 am-6 pm Nestled in the heart of German Village, Lindey's is a long-time favorite for locals and visitors alike. The establishment is known for its thoughtful and inventive cuisine, and the menu will not disappoint on Thanksgiving! The Guild House

624 North High Street, Columbus | 6:30 am-Close This artisan eatery features creative new American cuisine in the Short North Arts District. Come experience it during Thanksgiving! Nicola Restaurant + Bar
